It can be easy to think that things are not worth your full effort, but without such an effort, you never live who you are.
Or
It maybe that no one has ever been able to see your potential clearly, and you are not aware of what your capabilities are.
In both situations, stress is created and takes away from your health capacity and ability to grow.

Looking through the roots of stress, I found 3 basic patterns that led to the building up of stress as we age. These patterns are found in the lifestyle and lead to a style of burnout if left unchecked. I use the work environment to make it easier to see, but the same pattern can be sent in home life.

Let's start to look closer into the dynamics of lifestyle and how we do health in 2026. As time has gone on, we have specialized in our health care process so much that it is not directly compatible with our lifestyle. On top of that, our lifestyle is moving at such a fast pace that it is not capable of sustaining health.

To get the kind of health everyone is looking for, we have to reduce specialization and negate speed.

We use the standard of physical health as given at birth. This negates mental and emotional health as a key factor in the overall health potential of a person.
We treat 1/3 of a person's health as the whole thing.

This is why I wanted to make the distinction between health and whole health.

The limits we face happen on 3 different levels of experience. Even though they all feel like limits, the solution to them are unique to the area of experience.

The only thing that can help us out grow stress. Is the ability of the human being to aquire more depth of understanding. The idea of maturity, wisdom, mastery, and personal growth are all concepts that have this idea in them. When we apply it directly to stress and health, how we achieve it changes, but the value is the same.
