Our kids’ classes are fun full way of introducing yogic lifestyles, asana practices, physical exercises and practices to enhance memory and self-confidence. We create opportunities in liaison with governments and not for profit organizations for volunteering and taking care of our environment (Karma Yoga). Our teachers are certified teachers from International Sivananda Organization with vast experience and yogic background. These sessions are well-known for alleviating stress and promoting emotional well-being (Bhakti Yoga). Spiritual readings and theoretical classes and discussions inspire and promote Intellectual path of yoga (Gnana Yoga).
