Meet Bernardo Baduria, Personal Support Worker (PSW) in Specialized Care Centre, and a valued member of Team Grace at Toronto Grace Health Centre

Since joining us in June 2024, Bernardo has brought compassion, empathy, and heart to every shift. What he enjoys most about his role is caring for patients as if they were his own family—taking the time to listen, understand their needs, and ensure they feel respected, comfortable, and supported.

One of the most meaningful parts of Bernardo’s work? Those quiet moments of gratitude—a kind word or a simple smile—that remind him how impactful personalized care and genuine human connection can be. These moments motivate him daily to keep growing and doing better.

Did you know? Toronto Grace Health Centre provides outpatient clinical services to the community. Clinical services are provided to ambulatory patients who have care needs requiring specialist consultation in the community setting. We welcome new referrals from the surrounding communities and our goal is to create smooth transitions for our patients to help them thrive in their communities. Check in is easy using our new CHIME kiosks and digital reminder services. Minimal wait times for all services and diagnostics. Send along to your clinical team or have them find us on OCEAN referral.

• If you are feeling unwell, please visit another day.
• Use hand sanitizer upon entry and frequently during your visit
• Wear a mask during your visit to the Health Centre
• Follow posted infection prevention signage when on the nursing units
