Choose progress, not perfection. Small steps lead to significant changes.
I often find people are hard on themselves when they are starting something new along their health journey. It might be starting regular Chiropractic adjustments, adopting a healthier diet or starting or restarting a exercise regime. It is important to celebrate the wins and small things, as they add up in the long run. Keep going, you can do it!
