We are honoured and grateful to share that Dr. Lauren has been nominated for the RBC Canadian Women Entrepreneur Awards, the premier national awards program celebrating the achievements of Canada’s most accomplished women entrepreneurs.

This is what she had to say about being nominated:

“This nomination is something I don’t take lightly.

Building Back in Action and ISHP and other businesses has been a journey filled with lessons, resilience in uncertainty, courage in leadership, and the importance of lifting others as you grow.

I’ve learned that being a woman in leadership isn’t about proving you belong; it’s about embracing your perspective, leading with integrity, and creating space for others to rise alongside you.

If this recognition stands for anything, I hope it shows young girls and aspiring leaders that there is no limit to what they can build, lead, and achieve. We need more women at the table and more importantly, more women building their own tables.

Grateful for the community, mentors, clients, and team members who make this work meaningful every day. This nomination belongs to all of us.”
