The Billings Ovulation Method®, originally developed by the husband and wife team Drs. Maurice Catarinich (Melbourne, Australia), teaches a woman to understand her natural signs of fertility through all her changing life stages from puberty to menopause. The Billings Ovulation Method® is both easy to learn and highly successful to achieve or avoid pregnancy, and has spread worldwide since its initial development. This completely natural method of family planning enriches a couple's relationship by developing co-operation, mututal love and respect between the woman, man, and child. By relying on observations of the woman's unique signs of fertility, rather than on drugs or devices, the Billings Ovulation Method® respects the woman's fertility and is accessible to people of all cultures and religions.

We are getting closer to the October 2025 Toronto Waterfront Marathon and we need more people to join our team!

All distances are sold out -- but you can still join us virtually for the virtual 5K walk/run. How does this work? Simply walk a total of 5km on your own time in the month of October! It's great exercise and you would be helping us both by raising funds and by raising awareness of our valuable teaching.

Hello to all friends of the Toronto NFPA! Join us TODAY (Monday, Dec. 9th) at 7 pm. for a special presentation on the Natural Approach to Avoiding Pregnancy using the Billings Ovulation Method®.

Rather than a "one-size-fits-all" approach, the Billings Ovulation Method®works with each woman's unique patterns of fertility and infertility. Working with our certified Billings instructors, you will learn to recognize your body's patterns, enabling you to effectively and confidently avoid pregnancy without the side effects of non-natural methods.

Postpartum: Breastfeeding and the Billings Ovulation Method®.

After giving birth, some women may experience a period of infertility that can last for many weeks or months. This presentation, given by Theresa Larcina, will teach you how to use the Billings Ovulation Method® to recognize a period of infertility post-birth.
