Please join us in welcoming Jennifer, RP (Qualifying), to the Crafted Balance Clinic team.⁠

Jennifer’s work is rooted in cultural humility and a deep respect for each client’s lived experience. She supports clients in exploring the patterns, emotions, and inner narratives that shape their sense of self, with a focus on creating space for meaningful reflection and lasting change. Her approach gently integrates insight-oriented and somatic work, inviting clients to reconnect with themselves in a way that feels grounded and sustainable.⁠

Prior to her work as a therapist, Jennifer spent several years in community and healthcare settings, where she developed a strong awareness of how systemic and cultural factors can impact well-being. This continues to inform her compassionate, client-centred approach to care.⁠

Outside of the therapy room, Jennifer enjoys exploring creative outlets such as fiber and textile arts, attending cultural events within the community, and spending time in nature - especially near the water or in the mountains.⁠

Meet Dr. Fiona Callender, ND 🌿

Dr. Fiona is passionate about supporting and empowering women through every stage of life, with a collaborative and compassionate approach to care that helps patients feel heard, supported, and involved in their health journey.

She completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Toronto, followed by four years of training at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. She is also a Certified Sports Nutritionist (CISSN).

Her clinical focus includes hormonal health, fertility support, menstrual cycle concerns, pregnancy and postpartum care, endometriosis, chronic pain, digestion, and skin health. She has also completed additional training in pelvic floor therapy, with a focus on pelvic pain, urinary symptoms, pregnancy care, labour support, and running-related pelvic floor concerns.

Outside of the clinic, you can find Fiona running by the lake, cycling to local bakeries, or exploring Toronto’s pockets of nature 🚲🌳
