Like many of you, I am experiencing anxiety related to all the unknowns associated with the COVID-19 pandemic. We like stability, routine, and a sense of control over our environments and experience tremendous stress when there are disruptions in our normal lives.

I created the “Tolerance for Uncertainty: A COVID-19 Workbook” in an attempt to gain back some control by giving back to the courageous people I work with and to the larger community. It is also is an invitation to learn skills that assist with alleviating and better managing stress and anxiety.
