📣 Healthy, kid-approved, & one-bowl/ blender! 🥞✨
As a naturopathic doctor and mama of two little wild ones, I’m all about recipes that are nourishing, simple, and actually get eaten 🙃
Here’s our updated pancake recipe that we make on repeat — minimal mess, whole ingredients, and super toddler-friendly! 💛

✨ 2 bananas
✨ 2 eggs
✨ ½ cup unsweetened nut mylk
✨ 1 tsp vanilla extract
✨ 1 ½ cups rolled oats (we love 🌾)
✨ 2 tsp baking powder
✨ ½ tsp ground cinnamon
➡️ Toss everything into your blender
➡️ Blend until smooth
➡️ Pour into a heated pan on medium
➡️ Cook 2–4 min each side
➡️ Makes ~8 fluffy pancakes!
