✨ Instructor Spotlight ✨
We’re asking our team a few fun questions to get to know them better.
Meet Yana! Let’s see what she has to say 👀⬇️
1: 💬 “What inspired you to become a fitness/yoga instructor?”
✨ Honestly, me :)
I used to be a member of Oxygen for a while and it also found me at one of the hardest points in my life. It wasn’t just about exercise, it was healing, curiosity, and a way to reconnect with my body. Showing up on my mat taught me the power of movement to heal, transform, and remind us who we truly are. I knew I wanted to guide others to feel that same connection. and having fun along the way!
2: 🌿 “What’s your favorite way to move or unwind outside of class?”
👯♀️If I’m not on my mat, you’ll find me dancing to my favorite tracks, hitting a Pilates or strength session, exploring new cities, wandering on long walks, or laughing with friends and family. Movement, adventure, and connection are my ultimate reset 🤍
3: 💡 “What’s one piece of advice you always share with your students?”
💭 Consistency is the key. It’s not about how much you sweat or how hard you push. True movement happens when you show up with intention, listen to your body, and let yourself feel. Your body already knows the way just listen to it and finally trust it.
4: 🎧 “What’s one song or music type that always gets you in the zone?”
🎤 I love music that builds slowly and pulls you in , deep house and melodic techno mostly. Something a little hypnotic and emotional. It helps people stop thinking and start feeling.
5: 😋 “What’s your favorite thing to eat after a class or workout?”
🍽️ I’m a total visual, I need my food to look as good as it makes me feel 😄 Usually a fresh, colorful salad with some baked salmon would work, when I am on a go, a protein-packed smoothie that fuels my body and soul!
6: 🔥 “What’s your favorite class to teach?”
💪🏼 I honestly love them all. Any class that blends strength, flow, and intention, where people leave feeling strong, seen, and connected to themselves.
