Here we grow again 🌱 🙌

Please help us in welcoming Kiley Praught to the Physiotherapy team at Synergy Danforth 👏

Who’s Kiley? 🤔

Kiley’s physiotherapy practice is driven by a genuine passion for helping people achieve their individual goals—whether that means returning to competitive sport ⚽️ , staying active with family 🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒, or simply moving with more ease and confidence. By lifelong participation in competitive sports, she understands the importance of movement in everyday life and the frustration that can come with injury. Kiley brings an evidence-based approach to care, combining education, exercise therapy, dry needling + acupuncture and manual therapy 🤲 to not only treat symptoms but address the root cause of movement limitations.

Her goal is to empower her patients with the tools, knowledge, and support they need to recover fully and prevent future injuries, so they can get back to doing what they love. 💙

Unique Facts
Kiley grew up playing several competitive sports including volleyball 🏐 , basketball 🏀 and tennis 🎾. Today you can find Kiley running 🏃‍♀️ along Lakeshore, playing in several Toronto sports leagues, traveling, or discovering new places around the city.

We are so pumped to welcome Kiley to the team and know she will be instrumental in providing the quality care you have come to expect from

Qi Gong: The Eight Pieces of Brocade

The practice of Qi Gong involves mindful movement, coordinated breathing, self-
massage, and gentle muscle engagement to improve mobility, proprioception, and nervous system regulation.
In this workshop, we explore the principles of Qi Gong through a classical
movement set known as 'Eight Pieces of Brocade’. This movement set is largely
accessible and easy to learn with an emphasis on spinal mobility, core stability,
and unlocking fascial planes.
