To celebrate, we would like to highlight some common injuries we see during this time of year and some helpful tips to identify and prevent them from happening to you.
We at the Centre for Fitness, Health, and Performance wanted to celebrate National Physiotherapy Month by highlighting some common injuries we see during this time of year like tennis elbow, plantar fasciitis, lower back pain, and rotator cuff shoulder strain!
