Tina’s Banana Yogurt Protein Bake

Prep Time: 5 min
Bake Time: 1 hour
Temperature: 380°F (Conventional Bake)

Ingredients

Wet Ingredients
• 2 ripe bananas, mashed
• 1 ½ cups plain Greek yogurt or kefir
• (Optional) 1 egg

Dry Ingredients
• 1 cup oats (2 scoops)
• 4 tbsp flaxseed
• 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
• 1 tsp baking soda
• Handful of walnuts or pecans

Toppings
• Unsweetened coconut
• Pumpkin seeds
• Extra nuts

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 380°F (conventional).
2. Mash bananas in a bowl.
3. Add yogurt or kefir; mix wet ingredients.
4. Add oats, flaxseed, protein powder, baking soda, and nuts.
5. Stir until fully combined.
6. Line baking dish with parchment paper.
7. Pour in mixture and smooth top.
8. Sprinkle toppings.
9. Bake for 1 hour.
10. Cool completely, then refrigerate.
11. Keeps for 4 days.
