The journey started at a Farmers Market in 2011, with popovers, a product intended to replace processed, sugary snacks. In 2016 I became a Culinary Nutrition Expert and the product changed, but the purpose stayed the same. We are now focused on plant based ingredient that is gluten free, dairy free and refined-sugar free.
