Lemons are on my green light foods to reducing inflammation naturally

My morning routine starts off with warm lemon water.
How to make warm lemon water:
Heat water: Bring a cup of water to a gentle boil.
Squeeze lemon: Add half a lemon's juice to the hot water. ( choose organic lemons) why? it minimizes exposure to potentially harmful pesticides and chemicals used in conventional lemon farming.
Add raw honey (optional): For added sweetness and flavor, you can add a teaspoon of raw honey.
Stir and enjoy: Stir the mixture well and enjoy it while still warm.
You can add a couple slices of raw ginger and mint as well.
📌Do this daily, right when you wake up, and wait 30 minutes after you drink it before eating anything.🖐
