Join our 200-Hour OHY Teacher Training at BEHOT Yoga Toronto and deepen your understanding of yoga while building the confidence to guide others.

During this immersive training you’ll explore:

• Anatomy Study – understand how the body moves, builds strength, and how to prevent injuries.
• Posture Clinics – detailed breakdown of the 26 & 2 Original Hot Yoga series to refine alignment and teaching technique.
• Yoga Philosophy & History – connect with the roots and deeper meaning behind the practice.
• Extensive Workshops – hands-on sessions designed to help you grow as a teacher and practitioner.

This program will specifically guide you on how to teach the 26 & 2 Original Hot Yoga sequence, practiced in studios around the world.

But the truth is, yoga was never meant to be exclusive.

After a Hot Yoga class, this is usually the moment. 🔥

Hot Yoga has a funny way of doing that. You walk in thinking it’ll be a calm, relaxing class… and somewhere between the poses, the heat, and the balance work, you realize you’re sweating from places you didn’t even know could sweat.

The heat helps your body open up, the movement builds strength, and by the end you feel tired in the best possible way.

Don’t worry… everyone looks a little like this after class. And that’s exactly how you know you did it right.
