Hot Yoga or Vinyasa, both are powerful, both feel amazing, but they offer very different experiences on the mat.

Hot Yoga is all about holding postures in a heated room, giving your body time to build strength, flexibility, and mental focus. The heat helps you go deeper, stay present, and learn to breathe through intensity.

Vinyasa, on the other hand, is a continuous flow. Movement is linked to breath, creating a dynamic, rhythmic practice that feels creative, energizing, and fluid from start to finish.

There’s no “better” choice only what your body needs that day.
Some days call for stillness and heat. Others ask for flow and movement.
