Know the signs and help if requested if safe to do so.
Example ask for “a angel shot on the rocks” or something like the hand symbol

Spent a week in the hospital. Had an antibiotic resistant kidney infection.
Remember if YOU FEEL like something is off always listen to your instincts. Our bodies are great at telling us when something is off. No one else feels what you feel and do not let anyone tell you how to feel.

My ostomy wound is getting really bad! Went from .5 cm diameter to over 5cm.

Did you know that there is a reason we use symbols? It a low barrier, universal language.
For example the blue ♿️ is a internationally recognized symbol for accessibility.

Its becoming to much to be invalidated.
Did you know that Gender Identity is a protected groud under the ontario Human Rights Code?
You could have any pronoun and people MUST respect it and use it when they are referring to you or speaking to you.

I made this so i can log all my achievements and sometimes the tougher stuff that many people do not know who are not Trans in a Long Term Care Home.
