Sometimes it really is as simple as that 🤷‍♀️

Eating a poor breakfast or skipping it entirely can disrupt hormones like:

💥Cortisol (keeps stress high)
💥Insulin (reduces sensitivity)
💥Ghrelin (increases hunger)
💥Leptin (disrupts satiety)
💥Sex hormones & fertility(may suppress estrogen/progesterone)
💥Thyroid hormones (slows metabolism)
💥GLP-1/Peptide YY (appetite regulation)

Which can lead to a variety of undesirable symptoms, some of the most common of which I’ve listed in this video.

And guess what - not feeling hungry at breakfast time could be a sign that there are already imbalances present.

❕You should be hungry in the morning❕

So, what can you do if you aren’t hungry in the morning?

👉 Try your best to get down what you can until your morning hunger cues are restored - even a smoothie or quick bar is better than nothing (but try your best to get in protein and fiber to keep you full)

And what if you’re just too busy or don’t know what to make in the morning?

You’re in luck!

👉 I have a Busy Girl Breakfast Guide with 14 high-protein, gluten-free, whole foods-based recipes that will take less than 10 minutes to make and taste amazing.

This guide is totally free - just comment “BUSY” below, and I’ll send it over 🌱✨🥝💛

If you’ve been doing all the “thyroid things” and still feel stuck, consider this:

Your body may be asking for more than a supplement list 📋

When your methylation pathway (hello MTHFR 👋🏽) is in need of extra support, you might feel it in your hormones, your thyroid, your digestion, your energy, and more.

This isn’t solved by taking more meds or supplements 💊

It’s solved by focusing on the RIGHT forms of nutrients and making sure your body feels safe enough to heal, so your thyroid doesn’t have to fight so hard.

Your nervous system doesn’t have to stay in overdrive. Your digestion doesn’t have to suffer.

Comment “CONNECT” if you’re ready to explore personalized lab testing & 1:1 support with methylation and thyroid health 🧬

In honour of Valentine’s Day tomorrow - let’s talk about s3x! ❤️‍🔥

Did you know that or***ms are actually good for your health?

Swipe through to learn about the many benefits of the big O.
⠀⠀
A key takeaway here - 0rgasms can help your holy trinity of estrogen, cortisol, and thyroid hormones stay in balance 💯⠀⠀
⠀⠀
One important thing to note is that, across every demographic that has been studied, women report the lowest frequency of reaching 0rgasm during s3xual encounters with men - something known as the “pleasure gap.”

A few ideas for closing this gap:

〰️ Put the focus on the cl!tor!s and ar0usaI
〰️ Lower that cortisol
〰️ Be aware and learn to vocalize what turns you on and what doesn’t in a positive way
〰️ Get familiar with your own body and pleasure zones
〰️ View erot!ca that makes you feel good about your body
〰️ Invest in some body exploration devices
〰️ Create a space for you and your partner to explore together
〰️ Uncover and address any hormonal imbalances leading to low libido, painful s3x, or v@ginal dryness

This isn’t a gap we’ll close by tomorrow, but by sharing this information, we’ll get a few steps closer 🤍

What questions do you have about s3x, s3xual health, libido, 0rgasms, and other related topics? 👇

You’re not broken, and your body isn’t “defective.”

The MTHFR gene is a common genetic variation that can influence methylation, a foundational process involved in detoxification, hormone metabolism, nervous system function, and energy production 🧬

For some women, especially those navigating chronic gut issues, thyroid dysfunction, fatigue, or mood changes, this pathway may need more intentional support.

When methylation is under-resourced, patterns can show up as:

💥 persistent fatigue or brain fog
💥 hormone or cycle irregularities
💥 gut or thyroid imbalances
💥 low mood or stress sensitivity

This isn’t something to fear, and it’s not something to self-diagnose.

It’s a reminder of why functional testing and individualized care matter. Your body responds best when we work with its biology, not against it.

You’ve heard it before:

“Your thyroid antibodies will never go down…”

“There’s nothing you can do to reverse Hashimoto’s…”

…and yet something inside you knows that can’t be the whole story.

Because elevated thyroid antibodies are a symptom, not a destiny.

Hashimoto’s is an autoimmune condition, meaning your immune system is attacking thyroid tissue, and the question we ask in functional care is: why is your immune system misfiring in the first place?

For many women, the answer starts below the surface with the gut and immune axis.

🌿 The gut is home to most of your immune system, and when there’s imbalance, inflammation, permeability (aka “leaky gut”), or microbial triggers present, the immune system can become chronically activated.

🌿 Pathogens such as H. pylori, yeast overgrowth, or bacterial dysbiosis can perpetuate immune activation that doesn’t stay confined to the gut.

🌿 Inflammation and immune signaling that begins in the gut can spill over into other tissues, including the thyroid, leading to elevated antibodies and ongoing autoimmune activity.

This is why simply treating labs or replacing hormones often feels incomplete - because the root drivers behind the immune dysfunction haven’t been addressed.

That’s also why we look beyond the thyroid with tools like the GI‑MAP stool test to identify the gut imbalances and infections that may be fueling immune miscommunication.

✨ If you’re ready to stop managing symptoms alone and instead address what’s driving them, our Digestive Reset program helps women uncover those internal imbalances and calm autoimmune activity from the inside out.

📈 Heads up: Digestive Reset price increases March 1st. Now is a meaningful time to step into deeper support.

Comment “DIGEST” and we’ll send you the details.

And remember that nothing can replace a balanced diet and healthy habits. If you’re struggling to manage your ADHD, first look at your diet and habits to see if either of these could be improved.

Along with sleep and sunshine, things like regular movement, stress management, staying hydrated, and eating plenty of fruits, veggies, and protein will all be life-changing once you learn to prioritize them 💗

Best of luck, and let me know what questions you have in the comments ⬇️

I’m starting IVF this week, feeling all the feels after stepping back into the fertility clinic after our loss last year. We took a break but have still been preparing our bodies gently.

It’s an intense process with lots of hormone injections, ultrasounds, almost daily bloodwork and emotional stressors so it’s important to prepare your body and nervous system the best you can.

Sharing some of the ways I’ve supported my body over the last 6 months (myself and hubby) with you in hopes it can encourage you no matter your fertility story.

Please share with anyone walking their own TTC journey.
