Why it’s a staple this season:
• Seasonal produce = maximum flavour + nutrients
• Plant-powered:  no animal products, just whole foods doing the heavy lifting
• A perfect side, lunch bowl, or light dinner
• Dressing that ties it all together (tang + sweet + herbaceous = fall magic)

Get ready for warm spice, sweet nostalgia, and a little bit of holiday magic in every bite. 🎄🧁

These Gingerbread Cupcakes are my favourite treat for the season:  all the flavour you love, made with intention and good ingredients. Think cozy cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and a touch of molasses or sweetener (without overdoing sugar).

Why they’re special:
• Rich in warming spices that support digestion & circulation
• Balanced sweetness so your gut and body can enjoy it too
• Perfect as a festive treat... no guilt, lots of joy
