I recommend Yin yoga to most of my clients who report having anxiety. It is such a powerful tool in connecting with the body, learning to sit with discomfort and gaining more flexibility and openness in body, heart, and mind. The benefits also include proper deep breathing and holding head below heart poses (so good for calming down our nervous system). A few poses in the morning can set you up for a great day!
