We hope you are staying well and keeping safe!
Vivo Family Medicine will be distributing Covid-19 vaccinations at our clinic on Saturday, April 17 2021. If you have already received the vaccine, that is great. If you have not received the vaccine and are eligible according to the Ontario Covid-19 Vaccination Framework, you may book a vaccination appointment online through our website at http://www.vivofamilymed.com. You can also book your appointment by calling our office at (647) 345-8486. Appointments will be available until supply runs out.
We will be distributing either Pfizer or Moderna as we obtain our supply through Michael Garron Hospital.
We hope to continue to have further Covid-19 vaccination clinics in the future and will send another email when these dates are confirmed.
