To our valued Practice Members ,
We hope this message finds all of you in good spirits and health. We also encourage everyone to do their part in staying home and practicing safe social distancing in the hopes of flattening the curve in the spread of this virus. As challenging as it is not to sit too much whilst at home, we would like to send this reminder to emphasize the importance of staying active during this time. Whether it is a walk or bike ride on a quiet street, an online yoga or high intensity training session -- something is better than nothing. Perhaps every hour you can do 10 jumping jacks to start, a minute plank or 10 squats. Daily activity will help your energy levels, physical/emotional well-being, sleep and focus.
At this point in time, we had hoped to reopen April 6, however, due to the circumstances, we will remain closed until May 4. During this time, feel free to email us with any questions or concerns and we will respond as soon as we can.
