The right information can make a meaningful difference in supporting your child’s mental health.

In the playlist, “Finding Mental Health Supports for Autistic Kids and Teens”, you’ll find practical guidance to better understand your child’s mental health and explore strategies that support coping, resilience, and well-being.

This complete series focuses on mental health in childhood and adolescence, and shares insights into what families can do at home to support their autistic child’s emotional well-being.

Each part of the series is divided by age; however, some strategies may be helpful for your child regardless of their chronological age.
