I’ve been searching for the
source of your fear -
The wound that you
have forgotten,
but never healed.
The wound that has not
forgotten you.
How can any human being
choose to desecrate the
holy vessel from which they
emerged?
You were conceived
in the body of a woman.
Your father’s best swimming s***m
found your mother’s luminous egg,
and they joined in union.
You are nature’s miracle.
In time, your fingers and toes
took their form in the body
of a woman.
You wiggled them delightfully.
What wonderment.
And sucked your tiny thumb.
What comfort.
You became unmistakably human
in the womb of a woman.
I’m curious:
What about that disgusts you?
Please, tell me. I want to know.
In the body of a woman.
You’ve burned us,
beat us,
stoned us,
owned us,
molested and r***d us –
body and soul.
Witch.
W***e.
Chattel.
C**t.
Bitch.
Mother.
Daughter.
Sister.
Aunt.
Niece.
Do my breasts actively offend you?
Does my va**na scream profanities?
Do you think my loins are the Devil’s hiding place?
Please, help me. I want to understand.
In the body of a woman.
This, my body, is nourishment.
This, my body, is love.
This, my body, is creation.
Why does this, my body, terrify you so?
Please, sit with me awhile. I want to embody compassion.
In the body of a woman.
Wounds are not healed through bloodshed.
Wounds are not healed through oppression.
Wounds are not healed through loss of dignity or shaming.
Wounds are not healed in ink.
Oh why are you compelled to try to do so?
Please, take my hand. I want to help you find another way.

I know you know and experienced magic ✨ yourself then why did I manifest co parenting with such a unique human as my 1st husband? And universe orchestrates events and the dots connect when we look back as Steve Jobs said. At one point we realize that the deepest faith is an option as miracles start rolling in ✨ and it took deep belief first 💗

Friendships and support of women is so vital for cultivating Devine feminine energy ✨💗✨💕 which is receiving, being delighted, creative, making things and experiences better with what we gave, accepting that our guides are supporting us and orchestrating events.

I used to hide and self regulate in the bathroom while working in a busy hospital as a Registered Nurse. The energy of everyone, the suffering and the busyness and all the moving pieces felt at times like a lot. While locked in the bathroom I would fantasize walking out right there and then not wanting to finish my 12 hour shift. Then I would pull myself together and walk out of that bathroom.

Until I could no longer be in a system that only addressed symptoms, ignores the divinity and holiness of the whole body, of the interconnectedness of the world. I had tough time with humans be identified as a room number: 6-4 needs pain meds. We didn’t do it to be inhumane, we knew the map of the unit and identifying the parking spot number seemed easier.

Recently I had conversation with someone who couldn’t stand how humans that were being replaced with automation where referred to as 40 FTs (full timers) being let go of. I know as Humans we do what we gotta do to get through. And it is not easy to witness what we have created and all the constant change, the industrial corporate system that values productivity in sacrifice of running humans into the ground and constantly replacing them with new fresh players. How do we stay grounded and rooted in what’s important and valuable to us as society and humanity? What are your favourite practices, please do share.

I recently hear this: it is not the love we ran out of, it is the patience.

I like to self hypnotize myself with words and often say out loud Patience is a Vurtue. This simple sentence holds so much in it.

I invite you to repeat this mantra too when you need something to ground yourself and your experience here on Earth. This space will give you time to self regulate.

See we often think we ought to have a quick reaction witty reply or excellent service and it is okay to take time to self regulate as you write your new algorithms.

Whether you are present or not, we are all writing and rewriting algorithms of our living. So might as well do it consciously ✨

Feb 2020 before what it seemed the world started to unravel and it has been unraveling for a long time. We live in interesting reality where we try get to witness our high values as humans. Like what do we value? Why do accept that killing on ideology is celebrated financially and in other ways. Yet murder of civilian to civilian is imprisonment? Why do we even have civilian and military?

So many things to think about. Prison is a system. Hospital is a system. Both don’t focus on wellness and healing. Both are built into the system assuming we will have crime and the WHOLE socio economics is set up to fill up both prisons and hospitals. And we created this. We also get to re create and re design. The biggest asset humanity has is innovation and creativity ✨
