It’s always interesting how some people have so much to say about journeys they’ve never walked. They judge, they assume, they cast opinions as if they’ve carried the weight, felt the wounds, or endured the storms of another’s soul. But the truth is, they haven’t.

Spiritually, this is the work of the unawakened mind—the one that sees from the surface but not the depth, that speaks without understanding, and that confuses its own limited perspective for divine truth.

But a soul that is truly awakened moves differently. It knows that every path is sacred, every lesson is personal, and every hardship is a piece of a much larger divine unfolding. Instead of judgment, it offers grace. Instead of criticism, it extends compassion.

So, the next time someone speaks on your life—your healing, your choices, your journey—remember this: They are not the ones who walked through the fire. You are. And only you and the Divine truly understand what it took to rise from the ashes.

Let their words pass like the wind, and keep walking your path with the wisdom of someone who has lived it.

Winter taught me stillness. It asked me to sit with the cold, to honor what needed to be released, to embrace the quiet. But now, spring arrives, and with it, the invitation to rise again. Healing is like this—seasons of darkness followed by moments of light. Today, I choose to step forward, to embrace my own renewal, to trust that, like the flowers, I was always meant to bloom again.

Spring is a sacred reminder that life is always renewing itself. Just as nature awakens after the stillness of winter, so do our hearts and spirits. This is the season of resurrection, of divine timing, of stepping into the light after seasons of deep transformation. May we trust that every dormant season was necessary for the blossoming ahead. God makes all things new, and so do we.

Many times, anxiety is caused by the fact that we are always running to the next step. We begin to feel like we can't catch up! Overwhelm begins to set , and before you know it, your heart is pounding out of your chest. Your stomach is filled with knots, and it's downhill from there.. Rest and feel safe in the fact that if it's for you, it will happen .If it is in God's plan, it will happen, and if it doesn't happen, it ceases to exist .🤍🕊

Love doesn't hurt . Love nurtures ,love is patient and kind ,it is not proud ,it is not easily angered .It protects and trusts. With this said, do not fall into the ilusion that you need . It is important to give this type of love to others but as important to give it to yourself so you can recognize when someone isn't sharing with you in the highest form of love. 🤍🙏
