When you're supporting a child or youth with mental health challenges, the weight can feel invisible to others—but not here.

At Parents for Children's Mental Health, our peer support groups offer a space where caregivers are seen, heard, and understood. You don’t have to carry it alone.

A heartfelt thank you to Domino's Pizza in Byron for stepping up and supporting our recent Parents for Children's Mental Health FASD Awareness Day event in London!

We’d also like to extend our sincere thanks to Terence Kernaghan, MPP for London North Centre, for attending the event and showing his continued support for the FASD community. Your presence and advocacy mean so much to families and caregivers navigating this journey.

This special gathering was created for parents and caregivers to connect, celebrate, and raise awareness alongside other families affected by Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder. With games and activities for all ages, it was a joyful day of community, compassion, and connection. Support workers were also welcomed and appreciated for the vital role they play.

Domino’s generous donation of pizza and treats brought warmth and excitement to the event—we’re so grateful for your kindness and commitment to making a difference.

💙 Together, we’re building a more informed and inclusive community.

You’re Not Alone💙

One caregiver captured it perfeclty, “not feeling alone is invaluable.”

We honour parents, caregivers, families, and friends carrying the weight of grief, and we stand with them in empathy and solidarity.

In recognition of World Su***de Prevention Day and Su***de Awareness Month, we’re sharing resources to support families and communities:
