Say it louder for the mamas in the back. 🤍

You did not fail. You were not less than. You brought your baby into the world through major surgery, and you kept going through even with the pain, exhaustion, and all of it.

That is strength. Full stop.

Save this and send it to every C-section mama you know. 💛

The first 6 weeks after your C-section are the most important window for recovery. 🤍

And most women spend them just surviving — with zero guidance on what their body actually needs.

After your C-section, everyone celebrated the baby. 🤍

And you smiled. Because you were grateful. Because at least the baby was healthy.

But inside, you are exhausted, disconnected, and quietly wondering why your body still doesn't feel like yours.

I'm asking the question no one else has asked you.

How are you REALLY doing? Drop it below. This is a safe space. 👇

You were discharged with a baby, a pamphlet, and zero guidance on what actually comes next. 🤍

And then you were told at 6 weeks — you're fine. You're healed. Off you go.

But you didn't feel fine. And you're still not sure you do.

That's not weakness. That's what happens when major abdominal surgery gets a 6-week checkout and nothing else.

Swipe to see what real C-section recovery actually looks like 👉

And if you're in those first 6 weeks right now — drop REHAB in the comments and I will personally reach out to you with the link to my Early Recovery Guide.

You deserved a roadmap from day one. Let me give you one now. 🤍

If you’re massaging your C-section scar standing up in the shower… Mama, we need to talk 😅

It’s not that scar massage doesn’t work —
it’s that standing up makes it way less effective.

When you’re standing:
• the scar gets flatter
• you can’t really feel what’s going on
• you end up just rubbing the surface

Add water + no oil + trying to do it fast?
Yeah… that’s not doing what you think it’s doing.

When you lie down, everything changes.
The scar feels different. Softer. Deeper.
You can actually feel what’s tight and what’s not.

And if you can’t feel it,
you can’t change it.

Scar work isn’t about going harder.
It’s about the right position, the right pressure, and actually paying attention.

Most women were never taught this — so don’t feel bad.

Just do it smarter 💛

Okay I need to know — shower scar massage or lying down?👇comment below-you’re def not the only one!

If your body won’t calm down postpartum, it’s not because you’re “too stressed.”
It’s because your nervous system hasn’t felt safe yet.

After a C-section, your body isn’t looking for freedom or flexibility.
It’s looking for predictable signals.

Same movements.
Same breathing.
Same order.

That repetition is what tells your body: I’ve done this before. I’m okay.

You don’t need perfect routines.
You need rhythm.

If you’re early postpartum and don’t know where to start, comment REHAB and I’ll send you my early recovery guide.
