If I had to start all over again … I would do things differently to help my body feel better and address the imbalances that were causing my perimenopausal symptoms including…

❌Weight gain -especially in my midsection they would not budge no matter how healthy I ate
❌ Low energy - hello afternoon crashes
❌ Terrible PMS - I was not very nice y’all
❌ Brain fog - this may have been the most frustrating symptom
❌ Bloating - looking 6months pregnant no matter what I ate
❌ Sleepless nights - we’re infuriating
