University of Toronto Psoriatic Disease Clinic

University of Toronto Psoriatic Disease Clinic Located at Toronto Western Hospital, we are a centre of excellence for education, research, and care

The biologic basis for the interplay between the skin and joint disease in psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis (PsA) is largely unknown. Our program focuses on discovering the biological basis of PsA and psoriasis, and developing tools that can predict the onset and severity of PsA using clinical and molecular information. We are the central site of a large international collaboration of dermatologists, rheumatologists, and scientists called the International Psoriasis and Arthritis Research Team (IPART).
