many people right now feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or like they’ve lost their sense of direction. we’ve lost our way, from nature, from community, and from that inner connection to something greater than our direct societal mirrors.

it can feel like being stuck in a constant mental and emotional whirlwind, with no real grounding.

this sound healing is a way to step out of that for a moment and start reconnecting with your body, your environment, and something deeper within you.
