What do burnout and anxiety have in common?
I've broken down what burnout looks like in the context of the Tranquil Minds Anxiety Types below. Do any (or all) of these resonate with you?
Decision-type - You have decision-fatigue and are constantly relying on or requesting others make decisions for you. eg. you can't decide what's for dinner tonight, nevermind put in the effort to meal plan for next week or make plans to do, well, anything at all.
Fatigue-type - your days are demanding, it's go-go-go, all day-every day. Maybe you fit in some aspects of self care but they are more habit than intuitive nourishment. You're f*cking exhausted but can't sleep or sit still for long. OR maybe you're sleeping enough but still never feel rested.
Defensive-type - when the idea of "one more thing" makes your heart beat faster. and when that "one more thing" undoubtedly happens, you push through but sacrifice more of *you* to keep moving.
As a mom, entrepreneur, and *so much more*, the constant burnout is what triggered my anxiety. But there are ways to build you up and naturally fix your burnout AND anxiety, without causing you to feel more overwhelmed.
