Before and after rhinoplasty. This shows a common problem we see called a hanging columella. The area in between the nostrils sometimes hangs down making the nose look droopy. In this case it was corrected and the tip was refined with minimal reduction and narrowing of the bridge.

On the table results. The main goal here was to reduce the overall length of the nose. The starting point of the nose or the radix was built up with fascia from the scalp ( temporalis fascia) and the tip was lifted and deprojected and the the bridge reduced to give a softer profile. We hope she loves it.
