On Tuesdays and Thursdays, Dr. Chan works at Canary Eye Care in the new Canary District (right next to the Distillery District). If you are near the Whitby area, you can book an appointment by calling (905) 655-6236. On Mondays and Wednesdays, Dr. Chan works at The Eye Care Clinic with Dr. M. Kaplan & Associates, next to Fairview Mall. If you live in the North York area, you can book an appointment by calling (416) 498-4805.

Appointments are available for:
- routine eye exams
- glasses/contact lens assessments
- annual diabetic eye exams
- laser eye/cataract surgery assessments
A complete eye exam is covered under OHIP once every year for the following (with a valid health card):
- patients who are 19 yrs and under / or 65 yrs and over
- diabetic patients
- patients diagnosed with specific ocular conditions such as glaucoma
