She is a professor and clinician at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine where she teaches clinical medicine, pediatrics and philosophy. After earning a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Guelph, Leslie graduated from the four-year naturopathic medical program at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM). During her training, she was greatly involved in women’s health, and upon graduation was honoured with the Women’s Health award. She completed a two-year residency and is currently a professor at CCNM providing instruction in pediatrics, philosophy and clinical medicine. She also supervises the clinical practice of fourth year interns at the Robert Schad Naturopathic Clinic. Pleasant Rd., just south of Eglinton Ave. in Toronto. As the mother of two young children, Leslie has a special interest in family medicine and approaches health with simple strategies. She favours nutrition, herbal medicine, homeopathy and lifestyle counselling. Her goal is to empower her clients to make positive shifts in their own lives. Leslie is a member in good standing with the Board of Drugless Practitioners – Naturopathy - the regulation body of naturopathic medicine in Ontario. She also maintains membership with the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors and the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors, the Association of Perinatal Naturopathic Doctors and the Pediatric Association of Naturopathic Physicians.
