Please join me in making a donation of support to our GYROTONIC® community member, Sam Luis. This week, her studio Bulates was demolished by a mudslide in Malibu, CA. My heart breaks for her loss. We all know how much love, time, and effort we put into our studios. To have it destroyed in an instant is a profound loss. Her client community created a Go Fund Me page to accept donations. I’m teaching a slow paced, sensation focused online class sharing some material from the GYROTONIC® Level 2 curriculum. This class will not necessarily follow the formats exactly, but focus more on exploring the feeling and alignment of some material. Great for those new to Level 2 work, or if you just want a slower paced experience.
