⚡Exercises to do while in a walking boot⚡️
Are you stuck in a walking boot? It doesn’t mean that you can’t workout or exercise at all!
We collected 9 upper and lower body exercises that you can do while in a boot.
The first few you can safely do when you are not allowed to put weight on your injured side, and towards the end we included some partial weight-bearing exercises.
There are many reasons you can be placed in a boot (ankle or foot fracture, grade 3 sprain, Achilles rupture, surgery etc. ), so make sure you check with your healthcare provider if you can do these safely.
Depending on your comfort level, you could start with low reps 1x10-15 reps each, 5 min on the bike, and build up to a couple sets from there.
