A quick little note before class:
Bring your water bottle and stay hydrated 💧

For the best (and comfiest) experience:
• Wear fitted but comfortable clothing
• Longer pants or leggings are recommended
• Shirts with sleeves work best
• Socks are great (no grip needed)

Shorts are discouraged — the hammock can pinch on bare skin
