Need follow-up care after a visit to the Emergency Department, but don’t know where to go? NYG’s Primary Care Access Clinic is here to make sure you receive the care you need, when you need it.

In partnership with Flemingdon Health Centre, our new after-hours clinic provides urgent primary care by appointment to patients without a family doctor. Patients can book an appointment at our community site at 243 Consumers Road, Suite 300, on Mondays to Thursdays from 4:30 to 8 p.m.

We’re proud to share that North York General has partnered with Flemingdon Health Centre on a new Primary Care Access Clinic, which will expand access to primary care for patients without a family doctor.

This new after-hours clinic provides care by appointment to patients who have urgent health concerns but do not have a family doctor or cannot see their regular provider. Patients can book an appointment at our community site at 243 Consumers Road, Suite 300, on Mondays to Thursdays from 4:30 to 8 p.m.
