We are a full service fitness company offering one on one or group personal training services, customized meal plans, and supplement counselling. With over 26 years experience in the fitness industry there is no set of goals we cannot surpass for you! Our Founder Frank Foster has been a Personal Trainer, Master Body Sculptor, Fitness Model, and Actor since the year 2000! Frank has worked at a General Nutrition Center (GNC) for 9 years (the latter 5 years as Store Manager) accumulating an extreme amount of knowledge in the supplement industry.

- He is a Certified CPTN Personal Trainer.
- Frank has a Pre Medical Degree from the Windsor University School of Medicine which has allowed him to master the body from the inside out.
- He has an MBA with a double major in International Business, and Finance.
- Frank also has a Business Degree with a double major in Management Science, and Finance. Included in your hourly rate is your complete individualized monthly training program as well as your individualized detailed nutrition program (nutritional counselling is extra at any gym!). Women do not be afraid as we are experts at shrinking, hardening and toning your bodies!
