For Clients
Sound Healing and Stress Reduction Session (75 minutes)
Date: Wednesday, August 20, 2025
Time: 7:15–8:30 PM (doors open 7:15 PM; no late entry)
Location: WellSpace Studio, 982 Bathurst Street (3–4 minute walk north of Bathurst Station)
Rate: Summer Special $52 (may be covered under some insurance plans)

What to expect: Brief check-in; guided breathwork and body scan; a live sound bath (thoughtfully amplified) featuring quartz crystal bowls, chimes, shruti box, ambient composition, voice, and other sound healing instruments; plus vocal toning for vagus nerve support.
Bring: A yoga mat, pillow, or other comfort items (limited mats available).
Bonus: All participants receive an audio file of a sound-based stress reduction meditation for continued practice.

What to expect: Psychoeducation on sound and body-based practices for emotional integration; check-in, guided breathwork, and body scan; a live sound bath (thoughtfully amplified) with quartz crystal bowls, shruti box, chimes, ambient composition, voice, and other sound healing instruments; vocal toning for vagus nerve support; and a downloadable quartz crystal bowl sound meditation to use after the session.
