Before coming to Canada, Sen was a clinician for 10 years in Tianjin, China. His transition to project management for hospital programs brought him to Scarborough and SHN, now supporting transformative initiatives such as:

✅ Achieving SHN’s Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS) Stage 7 validation–the highest international recognition for digital health maturity
