Whether you need to relax, your knee is hurting and not sure why, to coping with ailments and pathologies. I will try to do my absolute best to help you cope with it, and hopefully, help you on your road to recovery. I will try to post some articles here and there to ensure that I am keeping up to date with my practices, also so that the public knows where I am located if they need me.
