🌟 Championing Best Practices at Primacare! 🌟

On July 31st, Henley Place hosted the Best Practice Champion Workshop, where 18 of our incredible leaders and front-line staff came together to learn, share, and grow.

This workshop focused on promoting evidence-based practices and implementing Best Practice Guidelines (BPGs) to enhance the resident and staff experience while further elevating the quality of care we provide every day.

We are so proud of our team for their commitment to learning and for embracing new ways to make a difference in the lives of our residents. 💙

We were honoured to welcome an incredible Indigenous dance and drumming performance into our home — a beautiful celebration of tradition, rhythm, and storytelling that filled the hearts of our residents and staff alike.
