Gratitude Grows Here 🌳❤️

This Thanksgiving, our residents and team at Primacare Living Solutions came together to create our Thankful Tree, a celebration of the people, moments, and care that make our community special.

Each leaf shares a message of gratitude, from family and friends to simple everyday joys. It is a reminder that when we focus on people first, quality care naturally follows.

At Primacare, we believe gratitude and compassion go hand in hand. Our Thankful Tree is more than a seasonal project. It is a reflection of the caring spirit that lives in every one of our homes.

We’re proud to announce the launch of the PANDA (Prevention of Abuse and Neglect Detection) project at Burton Manor—one of only four long-term care homes in Ontario selected for this Ministry-funded initiative.
This important project focuses on empowering our team through education, awareness, and early detection to help prevent abuse and neglect in long-term care.

At Henley House, 17 new BPSO Champions have completed their training through a collaborative workshop led by our team. These champions represent multiple departments, all united by one goal - enhancing clinical practices and resident outcomes.
