Developmental Milestones 🏵️

What an absolute joy it has been to care for this sweet little one and their family! This marks the third child I’ve had the privilege of treating, and it’s been amazing to watch this family grow over the years. 🥰

I am so thankful for the families who support my practice, trusting me in providing care for their family & friends 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦💕

This little one is working on sitting up strong after some challenges the rolling!

Did you know torticollis (tightness or preference in the neck) can make tummy time and milestones like rolling & sitting more challenging? Torticollis often appears with plagiocephaly (a flat spot on the skull), but with gentle care, we can help release tension and promote better mobility.

Another One ✨

Fall 2024, our third time attending The Baby Show Toronto & our first event as ! Ignore the outdated banner (the new one arrived the Monday after the show 😅).

We loved meeting all of the families, sharing & educating them on the benefits of chiropractic care, massage therapy, naturopathy, lactation consulting and all of the other wonderful services & products during a stages of life!

Cultivating the next generation of Chiropractors 🙌🏼💕

I love love love having curious littles ones in the office.

Including them in care and supporting their curious nature, allows for further trust and comfort in receiving care. I am forever amazed at how many little ones ask mama or dada to bring them in for care.

Many ask, why do kids or infants require chiropractic care? Like all humans, they too have a nervous system that may be dysfunctional and need help regulating. It's not all about aches and pains, which is a common misconception.
