It doesn’t take much these days, does it?
A poor night’s sleep.
Constant scrolling.
Missing lunch (again).
Tight shoulders from one too many Zoom calls.
The background buzz of global stress and uncertainty.
We live in a world that runs on dysregulation—where being overstimulated, overcommitted, and under-recovered is somehow considered normal.
But just because it’s common doesn’t mean it’s how you’re meant to feel.
