As you prepare for the kids to head back to school, it can be a lot to juggle!
This season can bring joy and excitement... but it can also light up your stress response like a check engine light on your first car.
Breathwork is one of my favourite tools to help calm the chaos. In the video, I mention slow, deep breaths in AND out of your nose.
Another version you can do (with your children too) is Box Breathing (aka a nervous system reset you can do in the carpool lane)
Try this:
đŚ Inhale for 4 seconds
đŚ Hold for 4
đŚ Exhale for 4
đŚ Hold for 4
Repeat x4 â itâs simple, science-backed, and seriously grounding.

This kind of breathwork activates your parasympathetic nervous systemâthe ârest and digestâ side of thingsâso your brain stops yelling go-go-go and starts whispering Iâve got this.
