Nothing - but that doesn’t mean you can’t improve.

YOU - the you inside that is observing your life and taking it all in - are 100% a 10/10. I hope you agree, because it’s true and it matters.

From that 10/10 perspective, you might see some things you’d like to change in order to make your life more enjoyable, feel better, and have certain experiences that you might otherwise have.

The only “wrong” part is robbing yourself of the opportunity.

Remember - you’re 10/10. You deserve to live your best life. Put your best foot forward, maybe ask for a bit of help, and watch the magic happen.

{raspy voice} You come over to my gym and ask if you can do bicep curls . . .

“Just do it” just doesn’t cut it, and going through the motions in exercise is both unproductive and potentially unsafe.

Try this on: do your next set of biceps curls to the pace of the Godfather Waltz (or, any waltz, really . . . this is the first one that comes to my mind).

See if the control and pace - assuming it’s a change for you - changes the experience and effect of the exercise.
