In-Class Training
The in-class training is designed for beginners or expert food handlers. Our classes are instructed by Certified Public Health Inspectors who will give you the insider’s view of what your inspector will be looking for during their inspection. The in class training will provide you with the knowledge you need to become a leader in food safety. On-Site Training
Our public health inspectors are mobile! If you have 5 or more employees who need to get certified, our team will come to you at no extra cost. Exam Only
At Probe It we offer our experienced food handlers a way to save time and money. The exam only option is designed for experience food handlers who simply require re-certification. When you register for the exam only session, Probe It offers you a free online course. The course will be available for our customers to provide you with the refresher you may need to ensure you pass the exam. Whether you need to review the entire course or just a few chapters, Probe It Food Safety's online course will be available for you.
