Our Story
Her Campus at the University of Toronto is a subsidiary of Her Campus Media LLC, which produces HerCampus.com, the #1 online magazine for college women that individualizes its content college-by-college by establishing My Campus branches at schools across the country. It seeks to write about Style, Health, Love, Life, and Career, as well as campus-specific content produced by the University of Toronto Chapter.

Her Campus is written entirely by the nation's top student journalists. Since joining the Her Campus Team, our writers have been offered jobs and internships with Glamour, Vogue, Vanity Fair, Seventeen, Marie Claire, Harper’s Bazaar, People magazine, W magazine, Teen Vogue, InStyle, Lucky, O magazine, MTV, The Washington Post, and Women’s Wear Daily, among others.
Founded by three Harvard students — Annie Wang ’11, Stephanie Kaplan ‘10, and Windsor Hanger ’10 — Her Campus launched in September 2009 after winning Harvard’s business plan competition, and has since grown to a team of 1700+ college students at 130+ colleges across the country, formed content partnerships with Seventeen magazine, SELF magazine, and The Huffington Post, and been featured in The New York Times, Fox Business, Yahoo Finance, AOL Money College, CNN Money, CBS MoneyWatch, Business Insider, The Boston Globe, U.S. News & World Report, and on ABC News Now, among others.
