When it comes to managing your weight, you want the biggest bang for your caloric buck. Choose foods that will meet your nutritional needs while also keeping you feeling full and satisfied as long as possible, rather than scrounging for a snack half an hour after eating a meal. Calories from whole or minimally processed foods will leave you feeling fuller and more satisfied for longer than processed foods and foods that contain more sugars.

🌠Jabba The Hummus Dip!🔫
✔1 head (approx. 4cups) of cauliflower, chopped
✔Chicken stock
✔Juice of half a lemon, or more to taste
✔2 tsp. olive oil
✔1 tbsp Roasted garlic (raw is fine if that’s what you have)
✔Salt and pepper to taste
✔Spices/Herbs to taste (great options: Rosemary, Za’atar, sumac, hot sauce)

💫If your cauliflower is raw, put in a pan with about 1/2 cup of the chicken stock. Bring to a boil, and then simmer covered until the cauliflower is very tender. Allow to cool. In a blender or food processor, add the cauliflower, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, and some salt and pepper. If you'd like, add in spices and/or some fresh herbs. Add in just enough chicken stock to allow the processor/blender to move freely. Whip up until it’s a very smooth puree. Taste and adjust spices. When serving later, re-taste and adjust spices as needed. I added a touch more salt and a little more garlic.👌😋

"What's Up⁉". . . "Muffin much, just making the Ideal Protein recipe of the week!"😂🧁

Directions: (Makes 2️⃣ Servings!)😍
✔Preheat oven to 350 degrees, spray the muffin tin with non stick olive oil cooking spray or "grease" with grape seed extract oil.
✔Mix the 2 IP food packages together well with baking powder
✔Add the egg whites and water. Mix well until the batter has no lumps.
✔Equally divide into the wells of the muffin tin.
✔Bake for 12 minutes for mini muffins, or 9-10 minutes for full size muffins! Enjoy!🤗👅
