You don’t need more sleep... You need better sleep habits💤
I used to get 8 hours and still wake up exhausted... until I fixed these 4 things:
1️⃣Go to bed + wake up at the same time (yes, even weekends)
2️⃣Keep your phone out of bed
3️⃣Upgrade your mattress (game changer for recovery) is my mattress of choice!
4️⃣Get sunlight within 30 mins of waking up
